Hearing Pitt finish off 'Nova
G-Mac Is Having a Decent Week
For the third straight day, Gerry McNamara hit a three in the final minute to give the 'Cuse an upset victory in the Big East Tournament. This one vs. G'town wasn't nearly as dramatic or improbable as the ones versus Cincinnati (amazing) and UConn (onions!, but still. And all of this after one-third of the Big East players polled by SI named him the most-overrated player in the conference. Maybe Jim Boeheim was write when he said the other day after the Cincy game, "We wouldn't have won 10 [bleep]ing games without him this year."
Now it looks like they get Pitt in the Championship on Saturday. Regardless of what happens there, will the Orange be this year's Mountaineers?
Bonus: Boeheim is going to be on Monday's SBL March Madness Extra.

Incredible play this week G-Mac. You're a clutch shooter no doubt. You can't defend anybody still and take too many bad shots. You will lose in the first round just like last year!!! Spare me the Underdog Overrated Crap. He's called overrated because he won't be good enough for the NBA.
Sorry G-Mac you have the Heart of a lion and any College coach would love you but can you win the big ones in the NCAA without a Carmelo Anthony?
