C Booz Multifamily I LLC Has a Beef With Prince
Carlos Boozer is suing Prince for making, well, Prince-themed alterations to the Jazz forward's Hollywood mansion, which Prince is currently renting for $70,000 per month. Seriously. To quote the Smoking Gun's report:
"Prince violated his eight-month lease by "painting the exterior of the [house] with purple striping, 'prince' symbol, and numbers 3121." Prince's new album, "3121," is scheduled for release tomorrow. Inside the home, among other renovations, a purple monogrammed carpet was installed in the master bedroom and plumbing and piping was added in the downstairs bedroom "for water transfer for beauty salon chairs."
So hilarious. Thanks to Deadspin, Off Wing and Lush Factor, who posted this first and made many Chappelle Show jokes.
