Yanks Fans Are Spader

Amigo Ty Hildenbrandt had me on Yankee Fan Club Radio show last night to discuss the O's woes and Nats' impact on D.C. baseball fans. It was a lot of fun confessing my love for Bruce Chen, and I somehow ended up comparing the pinstriped faithful to James Spader's snotty, soulless rich kid characters from countless '80s movies. You can listen to it here. I'm on at the 32-minute mark and Newsday's Ken Davidoff was also a guest on the program.

On the field of play yesterday, Miguel Tejada went 4-for-4 but the Big Unit and Mo no-hit the rest of the O's. So it goes.

Randy Johnson, the world's second-unsexiest man
