After last week's dabbling in athlete-celeb tabloid gossip (see: Leinart's Poor Field Vision, see also: Leinart Gossip Cont.), let's push things forward. Thanks to The Big Lead, which has quickly become my source for off-the-field action, we have two more sports items for you to share with your wives/girlfriends during commercials on E! News...

· Kyle Boller scores with Petra Nemcova at the Kentucky Derby. By "scores" I mean he got her number and sat next to her at Churchill Downs. Well done, young Boller. Nemcova, the SI swimsuit model who survived the tsunami, has got to be considered a score for guy with a career QB rating of 69.2 and a history of wearing terrible hats while drinking.

· Reggie Miller and Vivica Fox hang out in Vegas together. No word on whether they're an item or not, but just being in the same room together is quite an achievement for the starting two-guard on the NBA All-Ugly Team. Good for Reggie, though. I always enjoyed his game on the court, and I hope Vivica enjoys it off.

Now, last week's Leinart gossip spawned a nickname, courtesy of Monponsett, for the Matt & Paris combo: Maris. Any ideas for Boller-Nemcova and Miller-Fox?

  Good for Reggie bad for   Kyle !   One's got class,   the other no style. Reggie knows how to score.  Kyle  plays like he's bored.  Can't be bothered to get in the mix . We all know that this season Kyle'll  just throw picks.  Whether he's standing up or sitting down,  Reggie we know never won an NBA crown.  Kyle on the other hand finds it to stand, because most of the time he's on his can.
