Bush Lite May Push Weight

Austin authorities found five pounds of weed in Texas RB Ramonce Taylor's car this weekend. Taylor is in jail now with a highly uncertain future. Regardless, UT's finest bloggers are on the case of their versatile RB who scored 15 TDs during their championship run last season, earning him the nickname "Reggie Bush Lite"...

Burnt Orange Nation says good riddance: "Amidst the chaos at USC, on the heels of a national championship, a violation this flagrant from a guy with a clear history of being a questionable character guy... there is -no- chance he's coming back. He was one of the players involved in the December pre-Rose Bowl incidents, he's been dismissed from the team because he's flunking all his classes, he's a total goon on the field with his celebrations, and now THIS? And you think Mack might let him come back? Not going to happen."

Bevo Sports believes the weed wasn't Taylor's: "I can’t imagine Taylor would call the police if he knew he had more than $3,000 worth of marijuana in the back of his car. The fact that his window was broken out also leads me to believe someone could have chunked the weed into his car to hide it as the cops were showing up at the party. If you’ve got a felony’s worth of drugs in your car, you don’t call to report a misdemeanor and than let the cops search you car. You get the heck out of there and worry about the $100 window some other time."

Bonus: Burnt Orange Nation shares this highlight reel of Taylor's finest plays. Nice soundtrack.

If he turned pro earlier, he could have been busted with a Newtonesque 200 pounds. Lightweight....
