More Recreational Drugs!
I made a post the other day excerpting Frank 151's 'Illustrated History of Recreational Drugs in Sports' without really knowing the story behind the story. All I knew was that this mysteriously wonderful publication Frank 151 showed up on my doorstep chockfull of sports articles, illustrations, interviews, etc. that were right up my alley in terms of timing and taste, but I didn't know who or what was the driving force behind it. Then I came across this post from Chris Isenberg on No Mas chastising me for my "uncanny ability to obscure the most important facts" about the piece and the publication.
When I first read Chris' post my initial response was the finger, the middle, but then I came around to where he's coming from. This dude, Isenberg, from what I can tell, has done time as a professional sportswriter and runs a tres sports chic apparel company called No Mas, which, honestly, puts out amazing stuff (see: Strawberry tee, see also: Vietcong tee). Turns out he was the guest curator for this quarterly magazine, Frank 151, that normally has nothing to do with sports, and he turned that mother out from cover to cover with sports content that most mags could only dream of. I'm sure he poured heart-and-soul into this thing and I apologize for failing to originally mention him by name, as well as the illustrator of the 'Recreational Drugs' piece, James Blagden, and co-writer of said piece, Nick Strini. Kudos to all for a job well done, and here's Blagden's brilliant illustration that led the piece...

Drugs are bad for you, very bad. Jared Leto just admitted that he's GAY(in an AIM interview on aol.news). For those of you who don't know who Jared Leto is, he's an actor and musician who DATED SCARLETT JOHANSSSON about two years ago. Leto has recently done heavy drugs such as ecstasy. Then he turned gay. Drugs really fry up your mind like a scrambled egg on a Phenix sidewalk in 108-degree heat. For those of you who have never seen Scarlett Johansson, she's blonde, has blue eyes, a beautiful face, and a size D cup bust body(I would say I would kill for except that my girlfriend would kill me. By the way, my girlfriend is a double D cup size and anyone who finds guys more attractive must be demented due to drug use).
