Bravo to Italy for its fourth World Cup championship, but one look through my Technorati Favorites reveals that the fan reaction here in the States is all about Zizou's header to the chest...

And then there's this totally awesome animated .gif, which some dude named BlogPirate posted in the Deadspin comments. Of course the championship itself was decided on penalty kicks, which just plain sucks. Sportz Assassin already explained why, so I won't even get into it. Regardless, there's no more soccer for four more years (for me, at least), and I can't wait to find out what that Italian dude said to Z Squared.
