Visual Evidence That My Boss Was on 'Quite Frankly'

Ex-ESPN executive and current AOL Sports editor in-charge Neal Scarbrough was on Stephen A. Smith's program Friday night as a member of the weekly Backpage Panel. To see the appearance, just watch each of these three seven-minute clips that take you from start to finish.

What's interesting here is that Neal, contrary to his in-person persona, comes off as a fairly soft-spoken guy, if only because Screamin' A. goes up to 11 at all times. My favorite part comes right offthe top of the third clip where each panelist delivers a "Bottom Line," and Smith doesn't even interrupt them for like 90 seconds. Neal takes the opportunity to plea for the return of offense to the NFL and drops a hot stat (scoring is lower now than in any season since '93), but I probably would've stumped for sports bloggers everywhere, a sentiment SAS and his Cheetos may not appreciate.

Many thanks to Natalie at Need for Sheed for taping this episode of 'Quite Frankly' and sending me the file. Be sure to stop by her site if you're a fan of the NBA and/or things that are funny. I mean, just look at this t-shirt.
