Hearing Bloc Party

Happy Halloween, Sports Fans

Today's notable for two reasons: the NBA tips and it's Halloween. And, since it's not a Friday or Saturday, I'm a bit more excited for the former than the latter, but I was at a Halloween Party this past weekend at my buddy Andy's "Frat House" (yes, I'm nearly 30 years old with a wife, dog and mortgage). Also in attendance were LaDainian Tomlinson and number 69 for the Fantasy team, whoever that may be...

So there you go. If anyone's curious, my brother went as motivational speaker Matt Foley. His girlfriend and her girlfriends were beaten up Eagles, Cowboys and Giants fans. My wife and I were Jeffrey and Angela from Project Runway. My buddy Dane and his boys were Ghostbusters (with proton packs!). And some guy who looks just like Tony Stewart was, well, Tony Stewart.

Anyway, Happy Halloween. Protect your candy, and enjoy the basketball games.

Update: Chris has posted more party pics and commentary.

I was in the hospital Halloween night, and the nurse wouldn't give me my meds until I said "Trick or Treat." When I get healthy enough, I plan to egg her house.
