NBA FanHouse Roundtable: Iverson to Denver

Four top NBA bloggers -- MJD, Marcel Mutoni, Bethlehem Shoals and The Big Lead -- have posted an eight-part, 3,200-word discussion on the A.I. trade. The conversation ranges from how Iverson fits in with Denver to TV folks scrambling to schedule the Nuggs to A.I's happiness to the 76ers' future to Andre Miller's ability to KG's reaction and beyond. The blogging bar has been raised.

And on the subject of NBA FanHouse, check out the effect that section -- in concert with the NCAA Basketball FanHouse -- has had on overall FanHouse traffic. Note that we launched these sections on 12/1:

Thank you for the 600,000 page views, Monponsett.

Pigskin Bloggers traffic spiked during the season and generally went up from Sept.-Jan. topping out at around 150,000 views a month. That's just for the main site though, as there was no easy way to aggregate the traffic for the individual sites such as Belly Check, Year of the Bird, Bolts Blog, etc.

The only sports blog that I'm aware of that's currently outperforming FanHouse is Deadspin, although the SB Nation network of blogs in aggregate may get more traffic than both. It's hard to tell.

    600,000 are me.

What was the Pigskin Bloggers chart like? A flat line?
