Blog Show No. 2: Sackridin' Dirty

After our so-called "colossal failure," we had some work to do before returning to the Comcast SportsNet (Baltimore/Washington, DC) airwaves. And return triumphantly we did as there was nary a YouTube malfunction or unintentional anal cheese graphic to be seen on Blog Show No. 2. In fact, the production was so silken smooth that viewers were treated to machosensual wardrobe upgrades ('98 Bench and Kwame vs. Cake t-shirts!) and ultra-vintage set design (Dexter Manley Starting Lineup!). Plus, D-Steinz called Tony Kornheiser a dinosaur and I said the name Kyle Sackrider. On regional TV. Twice.

All in all, it was a markedly better performance by the Blog Show crew, although that's not saying much after our embarrassing debut. Hopefully someone somewhere is seeing the promise in the production, and will keep hope alive as we fill the room for improvement. Just like last week, please watch the show (it's only nine minutes) and offer any feedback you may have. We appreciate all of the criticism and advice, however deprecating and deserved it may be.

Caught it on the WaPo website. Definitely much smoother this time except for the feed which froze every minute and had to be restarted. Can't wait to see it on tv this week.

Two thumbs up! A lot smoother than the first one, not that I didn't enjoy last week's in a train wreck kind of way.

All I know is that more I hear the line "A Georgetown player I don't even know how to pronounce his name he's so ugly", the more I like this whole Blog Show thing ...
