Blog Show No. 3: 'You Can Be Sad While You Eat It'

This week's version of the world's only greatest televised sports blogging segment is interesting on a few levels ...

1. We pay sad and loving tribute to Agent Zero ("our hearts buckle"), bounce around MLB opening week ("playing grabass"), weigh in on media beef ("blank my blank") and spread random gossip (Britney hearts Kobe).

2. Bog Man Dan gives an inspired performance that may indicate a new joke writer in the fold. His repeated punchlines (see: "Dem Bums") fly over my head, and this episode of Blog Show is probably better on weed.

3. I'm fairly certain we set a regional TV record for Most Sites Mentioned in a 10-Minute Span. There are 22 in all, and they are, in order:

Wizznutzz, Gil's blog, Deadspin, Yay Sports, The Hype Guy, Lookout Landing, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Urban Backpacker, Ballhype, Baseball Musings, Sports by Brooks, Fulham USA, Sports Frog, The Big Lead, LA Times, Perez Hilton, The Wizard of Odds, This Suit Is Not Black, FanHouse, With Leather ("the purveyors of all things sexy"), twoeightnine design and Just a Nats Fan

Too much? Not enough? Just right? Give our latest effort a whirl and offer any feedback and charitable donations you may have. Dan has a kid to feed and we have t-shirts to buy.

The only way that a 30 minute show would be acceptable is if you change t-shirts during every break.

Great show guys, very funny and informative too.  I guess expanding it to a half-hour show would be fine, but for now I like how it's so "bite-sized" and compact.
