Being a DC guy who has followed Tony Kornheiser's career arc ever since his Redskins Bandwagon columns in '91, I'm often torn when deciding whether I actually enjoy his work or not. His writing is lightweight, his radio is uninspired and PTI is terrific. So it's with much interest that I tuned into last night's new-school MNF debut not so much for the football, Mike Tirico or Joe Theismann, but for TK and TK alone.

My personal review is mixed. I enjoyed the quirky humor that Kornheiser brings to an otherwise stale broadcast but was disappointed in his perceived reluctance to tweak Theismann's ultra-stiff analysis.
