Pictures From Skins Camp
We finally made it to Redskins practice for the first time, which is odd considering Chris and I are lifelong fans who work five minutes from the facility. Be that as it may, we weren't missing much but it was cool and semi-voyeuristic gawking at players and coaches from close distance as they ran through drills and non-tackle 11-on-11 action. A bunch of pics are posted above and here are a few general observations from the afternoon that was...
· I'm an immediate Al Saunders fan. His intensity and enthusiasm are infectious and I can't wait to see what his presence does for the careers of two of my favorite players and people, Clinton Portis and Chris Cooley.
· Jason Campbell looks like a Hall of Famer. Very tall, well-built and strong-armed, I'm almost looking forward to when Mark Brunell inevitably gets carted off the field. Of course, I bet Seattle fans said the same thing about Dan McGwire and Dave Kreig back in '91.
· Cooley's hair was the star of the show. I can't wait until he cuts it into a "mole-ett."
· The fact that Portis, in street clothes and an arm sling, was wearing his own t-shirt is phenomenal. Get well soon, Janky Spanky!

Let the Bum Go All Saban does is stand on the sideline and clap when they fumble or interception we don't need a player coach we had one two years ago!and see were we are? Just look back when Marino was playing the team scored 35 points a game and still lost games because they did not have a defence now they have the defence and the last two coaches did nothing to improve the offence since marino left. Now once again they are saying we need to improve the offence and now the defence is getting to old so we are back at square one when marino was playing. we will have a offence but no defence I see along bldg period over many years do get back their respect in the NFL Get rid of sabin and bring in Mora he will get the job done trust me on this one. And another big problem is Wayne he needs to sell the team ASAp so we can get some good owners that want to revamp this team all around

Oh yeah, Al Saunders is great on a coaching staff. But he sucked as Chargers coach! Wait a minute...maybe the team sucked also. Chargers/Skins in the Bowl...hmmmmmmmmm. Twould be cool, Rivers may be our Big Ben. Although Big Ben seems to take more pratfalls then Larry, Curly and Moe combined! I have faith in the Charger Church congregation. Will Philip, like John Lennon & the Beatles, be more popular than Jesus this year? We shall see. Dan Fouts...Jesus who couldn't get the big one, and the beard too! GO CHAH JAHS!

I'm not suggesting suicide, that's different. That's to out there. No, I would just be changing my state of affairs to that more closely associated with my team: The Life of a Free-Floating Turd. Is such a life conducive with that of a typical NFL fan? One could say that a Patriot fan may have similar shared life experiences, but that would be a falsehood. Patriots are complete and total maggots, they are just beginning to experience life as a turd. They have not yet reached the pinnacle we call "Free-Floating Turds."
So for now, let me simply say goodbye to redskin fans of the world. Enjoy knowing that if there was a place worse than last in your division, your team would take it.
