Physical, no verbal, no it was physical, no I'm sure it was verbal...


This was on a disciplinary summary:

“In accordance with this section of the law, your child has been temporarily suspended for minor physical altercation (verbal).”

 

So...was it a physical altercation or a verbal one????

    Let’s think about this. I watch Law and Order, and I’ve seen people punch without speaking.

    But I don't think I've ever seen someone punch (and speak in parentheses). hahahahaha!

    Good question.  Could their legal definition of "physical altercation" INCLUDE verbal altercations?  Hmmm.
