My life as a transplanted Yankee

First of all, I'm concerned about our friend Dawn from Carpe Diem.  She hasn't posted in a week or so.  If you know anything about why she has been MIA please let me know!  It was Dawn who got me started with Thankful Thursday.  I'm very worried.

1.  My great news of the day.  Emma is fine!  All is well.

2.  I'm thankful for my husband who is the king of getting us things for free.  He got us a gas grill from his boss.  I'm very excited!  We had brautwurst for dinner.

3.  For my sweet children.  They are fun to be with and keep me on my toes.

4.  For my friends who have been very supportive during all of this craziness with my girl.

5.  For Grey's Anatomy.  I have really loved that show this year!

  Hi Traci,
  I was worried about Dawn, too, but turned out I was just being a "worry wart."  She just posted an update and seems to be fine ... she was just away on some trips.
