The woman wearing the full-length Iverson jersey might not be in the stands in Philly as much in the near future.

Ann Iverson, mother of Allen, now has her very own hoops team to attend to. And given that it's an ABA franchise, don't expect her son to be suiting up anytime soon.

Personally, I think it's great. Maybe McNabb's mom can buy into the Arena League.

The Richmond, Va. based team will be called the Warriors. If she called them the Momma's Boys, I'd be an instant fan. Heck, I'd even make the drive over to watch them play in person.

  What does Iverson think of gays?  Is Hardaway the only honest BB player out there?  Why does honesty bring on such a rash of shit from everyone?

  I think it is just great.  AI is a great player and if his mother has half his energy AI has she will do ok.   Lets call the team    THE RICHMOND BUCKETS

  It's amazaing how some people envy the success and blessings of others,  but it's even more amazaing how those same people can hate and envy someone they've never met.  These kind of people are very weak, they have no one to love or share life with and they are hurting terribly inside, I say we pray for them.
