Subject: Eat It: Enjoy Local Cuisine at New Orleans Jazz Fest

You already missed Sheryl Crow, Billy Joel and Elvis Costello, who all performed this past weekend at the New Orleans Jazz fest but you can still catch the rest of the line-up when the event fires back up on May 1st with Widespread Panic followed by Stevie Wonder on the 2nd and many other talented artists through May 4th.
In addition to rocking out to great music, make sure you stop by each of the craft stands which feature a lot of crawfish, Po' Boys, numerous plates in Congo Square, and some mouth-watering dessert items.
Some of the delicious offerings can be found locally even after the tents have packed up and the musicians have gone home. The local Vucinovish's Restaurant, who is serving up Po' Boys in Food Area I, is located nearby in the city. If you find yourself craving humus or falafel, Mona's Cafe is serving up some dishes in Food Area II and has more than one location around the area. And try Plum Street Sno-balls available all around the grounds and year round at their normal location.
