Subject: Eat It: Free I-Scream!

Today is "Free Cone Day" at Ben & Jerry's. But is it a good "Ice Cream" day where you are located?
New York City's weather calls for cloudy skies and a high of 59. Not the best day for a cold, melty scoop of ice cream but everything is better when it's free anyhow.
Los Angeles is seeing sun and warm weather; they're far more equipped for an ice cream day.
Possibly the worst day for free ice cream is being had by Portland residents who may even see snow or sleet within the next twenty-four hours. No doubt they'll all be daydreaming of a trip to Tampa, FL to enjoy their ice cream in the heat.
