Let me guess; you forgot to order flowers in time to have them delivered, you shudder at the thought of shopping at the mall and you're wondering if an online greeting card is enough to say, "Happy Mother's Day!" It's not. You now have one remaining chance: take your mother to breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner and all will be forgiven.
Before you go making reservations at McDonald's, you need to know what makes a good Mother's Day meal. In recent years, brunch has become quite popular and The Park Room in New York City is a fine example of a good Mother's Day brunch. Stonebridge Restaurant in Milford, CT also features a very nice Mother's Day menu. Pacifica Del Mar in San Diego not only offers delicious dishes but a beautiful view. And, if you find yourself in New Orleans, drop in to Chef Duke's Cafe Giovanni for some delicious brunch and some operatic entertainment.
If you don't live in any of these city's, they should atleast be a good compass as to where, in your town, you should take your mother.
