dornbrau's Journals
Pictures and prose can do no justice to the beauty that is Colorado.  Once you step out of the city its a whole different world.  This is just one person's experience.  I challenge anyone who has never been here, or who has never wandered past the asphalt borders to go out to the parks, hike up to the mountains, visit the small towns, open your eyes and really see the world around you.  You may find that you emerge a changed person.
From Boot Camp to Combat.
The first tour was tough but nothing prepared me for my son's second deployment to Iraq.  This journal has been a line of communication between him and the family.  Feel free to leave a letter to Gabe.  He may not respond but he loves reading them.
Just a little glimpse of my life through the lens of my camera.  If you can see the beauty in the world around you then your life will be worth living.  To some a tree is just a tree, to me it is a story of life and I want to read it.
My toys include a Sony Cybershot, and recently a Nikon D70 Digital SLR.  My playground... the foothills of Colorado.
Blogging is not a crime, it is a disease.  Don't hate me because I blog.  Bloggers are people too.  Just because we 'LOL' instead of laughing out loud doesn't make us bad.  We are just misunderstood.   And bloggers are beautiful people.  I am proud to be a blogger!  And I am not alone.  It is time for all Bloggers to unite!
Just a collection of hunting tales I never get tired of telling but have run out of people to tell them to!
Quite by accident I discovered a new hobby, raising dust bunnies, while diligently pursuing my old hobby of procrastination!
(No, this is NOT a blog about house cleaning tips)
