Wow, I have been meaning to blog but everytime I sat down to o it something else came up.
Well, first off I have been taking care of my daughter JaeLynn. what I thought to be just a lil runny nose was in fact bronchitis and an ear infection and she needed to get her Albuteral treatments via the nebulizer as confirmed by her doctor.
My daughter was sick and her doc was concerned they wanted to admit her into the hospital... There is nothing worse than sick kids but when they are her age (4 months today) it is especially scary. She has been vomiting all day and has had diarrhea and I feel so helpless since I cant do anything but hold and console her as she coughs - and believe me she sounds horrible ask Nealinda and Kisha as they both can verify as they heard her this evening.
The timing couldn't of came at a more horrible time since today was my first day back at work after being out on a six month maternity leave. So she is to get these breathing treatments every four hours so Cyrus is gonna stay with her tomorrow.
So please keep me and my family especially Lil Baby J in your prayers.
Anyhow, today was my first day back and I came into a bunch of junk in my cubby of things that could have been handled prior to my return but they figured let Kisha do it.AAARRRGGGHHH
So they are just as lazy as they were six months ago, it kind of makes me wonder how they functioned...I then opened my email and mind you I set an away message that I was out why were there 279 emails there? WTF???
Reading is Fundamental!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, I have been reading some good books over the last week and I need to type of the reviews-please authors be patient- a sista is a lil busy...lol...These are the books that all were PHENOMENAL READS!!!!

Lastweek was filled with so much drama for me but actually it didn't have to be but I allowed the DEVIL to come into my world and steal my joy, but I have since then reclaimed my throne and I am indeed TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!!!
As many of you might now and if you don't know...NOW YOU DO!!...lol...well anyway I am in the process of publishing my first anthology under my publishing company- DivaBooksInc.
My goal for this was to give new,unknowned authors an opportunity to see his or her own work in print and showcase some new talent, which I thought was a good idea, well the DEVIL had other plans because he sent everything my direction NEGATIVE, I am too to blame since i did allow but still the people I had initially contacted seemed like good choices but instead they weren't and had to give them their walking papers.
Someone told me that "Haters always gonna hate but Kisha don't worry because obviously you must be doing something right since that is usually when surface" and after thinking about it and letting it marinade she was right so I kicked those minor distractions to the curb!!!
I have been blessed to have made some awesome friends while along the way to taking LITERARY HOLLYWOOD by storm. So I say THANK YOU to wanting to be apart of my latest venture and SPECIAL thanks to Shaunte,Kisha,Quiana and Nealinda who have listened to me on the phone rant and rave within the last seven days.

I haven't been doing much of anything else just trying to keep my sanity...lol...I missed being online today since I was at work. I feel all out of the loop for real...lol...I didnt get to visit my favorite sites and etc.
Cyrus and I are hosting his job's Christmas party at our home this Friday since they all said they had such a great time last year when we hosted. I wonder did we just open up ourselves to be the host couple...lol...
Saturday my niece Taylor is having her Sweet 16 and I volunteered, well no I am lying my sister basically told me I had to come and be a chaperone...How exciting...lol
Sunday is my mother's two year death anniversary...
Well, JaeLynn is sleeping and I have to watch The Young & The Restless and The Bold & the Beautiful that I Tivo'd.

I feel for you about having to go back to work as I have been in your shoes. lol I know it's hard after being out for so long. And I also sympathize with you on the anniversary of the death of your mother since my dad has been gone a year on the 5th of this month. It sure doesn't seem like a year has gone by. Thank the good Lord that the both of them are at peace though. : ) Prayers for the baby, wow, that is really young to have to be on a nebulizer, I can only imagine. awww I hope Jaelynn feels better soon and has a quick recovery. That nastness must be going around because all 3 of my kids have the same darn thing!! The boys are better now but carly marie is still coughing and has the "D". So I feel for you both honey!
Hope today at work goes better than yesterday. They should definately promote you! Doesn't seem like anyone can do without "The Diva" lol.
Good luck hosting the company party! Sounds like alot of work but also alot of fun! A Big Happy Birthday Sweet 16 to Taylor!!! You'll be in my thoughts sunday on your moms death anniversary. I lost my mom when I was 16 so I can relate hun. I pray to my mom to tell your mom we're both down here thinking of them everyday. I bet they're friends up there and just sitting around talking about the good old days with each other. Your mother (I know) is so proud of all the great works you've done and how far you have come in your life. She's definately watching over you and the family.

Hey, Kisha! Sorry I am so late in getting around to commenting....I know that the little one has been sick, and I hope that she is feeling much better now. Again, please forgive....I have been attending the last round of "training" classes for the year....girl, the City Of Houston is CLASS CRAZY.......they're worse than Wal-Mart! LOL! Talk to ya really soon!
