Okay fair warning with this entry. It is not a video blog and it will be a rant of sorts. I made a joke about slapping Julie in my video blog from yesterday, well, honestly, she is lucky that I am not living closer to her, because last night she pissed me off so badly that I would have gone over there and had it out with her and most likely would have been in jail. Seriously. She decided to try and play the non support card last night and her biggest mistake was not learning how to use Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) because with Gmail, all you have to do is hit the details button and it shows who the email was sent to. Everyone.
She is saying that she isn't getting support for the Hoe Down event. So, I sent an email to the woman who is in charge of all the CTLs and told her what has been going on with everything and that I have been trying to help her but she micro manages everything and won't let anyone do anything with out "reporting" to her and I am sick of it. Actually, I will post the email that I sent to Beth so you all can tell me what you think of it.
This is my final email about the How Down. If Julie tries to play the non support card, I am here to tell you that against my better judgment, I tried to help her with the Hoe Down. Not for her sake, but because of the money that we are going to raise for SA. From the very beginning, she has planned this poorly. She waited until the very last minute to send the application in to help out, then we didn't even know if we were going to be NEEDED until this last week. She micro manages things to the point that people don't want to help her or do any events with her. Case in point, I wanted to plan an event for the Michigan State Fair, I asked for the contact info and Julie emails the person asking for information to be sent to her. I am the one planning it not her, but since she has done that she can plan that as well. She asked me to do the scheduling for the Hoe Down event, I agreed, but she was telling people to email her and I. I can't schedule people if they don't contact me and tell me what days they can help and times, etc.... I have told her from the very beginning that I would schedule, but she had to send out the emails to people. I have posted on the Michigan boards about the number of people that are still needed. She claims that she emailed the FRGs to help as well as other various individuals, still , I have not heard from them nor has she emailed me to say that they were going to help out. If you really want to know why we can't get together in Michigan and have a great event, it is because Julie has to be in on everything and is a very poor planner, she will not let any of us have an event that she does not horn in on. I am tired of her crying about non support, the reason is because she waits till the last possible minute to plan an event and then expects everyone to drop what they are doing to attend or help. I am sorry, I volunteer here, it is not my job to make her look good. This is the person that you put in charge of our state. Also, the Hoe Down is being held on Mother's Day weekend, which is not helping the volunteer cause any, because people have plans that weekend already. So as of this email, I am done helping her, and I have explained why.

i think you made a valid point :D. we have issues like this on my ladder for scrabble all the time, most of it is so petty and 7th grade it makes me roll my eyes and say 'whatev.....'
