New Global Warming Film Opens Today
An independent documentary called 'The Great Warming' debuts in about 40 cities across the U.S. today. It's not a powerpoint-based movie like 'An Inconvenient Truth.' No, this is more journalistic, globetrotting to four continents to interview people already affected by a warming climate and to see what they are doing about it. So you see the hopeful side -- the simple ideas to save energy and some wild ideas planned for the future.
I saw the film in the spring when it was barnstorming across the country. My updated review is here. There's a link on it to watch a preview.
Find out where it is playing and join their call to action. You can get a free home energy review by mailing in your ticket stub. Awesome!
Will you go see it? Let me know -- and if you do, post your reaction here.
