Global Warming: Questions and Answers

Excellent Site From NASA:  I just saw this site from NASA's Earth Observatory team, in which scientists answer common questions about global warming.

The questions came from readers who had checked out the May 11 feature about global warming published on the Earth Observatory site.  That article explained that "Far from being some future fear, global warming is happening now, and scientists have evidence that humans are to blame." It explained the science behind this statement.

The new Q&A page answers questions such as:  Has the sun been more active and could it be responsible for some global warming?  (Answers: Debatable about being more active; no, not responsible for all of the warming) The site explains, "Climate models can only reproduce the warming observed since 1950 when a rise in greenhouse gases is built into the system."

Check these sites out if you have questions about global warming. If you want to take action to reduce your impact on warming, use our global warming calculator and then check out these tips to slow global warming.
