Today, it's the pets:
Now, DogCat's bowl is the blue one there, and the other bowl, the one with the food still in it, belongs to DeafCat (she doesn't deal well when her food gets worked into a corner on the bottom of the bowl; so, in order to prevent her wailing, I put her food in a bowl with no corners or "tricky spots."
DogCat is a very polite and respectful cat. For example, when I fill two bowls of food, he will only eat his bowl and trundle off regardless of whether or not DeafCat is there eating as well. He does the same sort of thing with treats. I'll give him a handful, he'll scarf them down, but he will refuse to eat one or two in an attempt to set them aside for DeafCat even though she doesn't like them.
Eventually, once he realizes that she isn't going to eat anymore, he'll do this odd little thing of pretending to eat out of his bowl while also pushing it across the floor with his nose until it clinks against her bowl. Then, he makes the switch, and if she shows up, he looks at her like "Oh! My goodness! Was I eating out of your bowl?!? They're just so close together, and I'm colorblind, and it's an honest mistake. See? They're practically the same!"
Anyway, here you see DogCat getting busted.
