Alerts Problems
So I've just opened up the old inbox after a long Labor Day weekend, and man, that thing is blowing up! It appears that many of you were having trouble with your Alerts, and that you found it incredibly frustrating.
It is my understanding that you guys aren't getting your "Comment Added" and "New Entry" Alerts. Please let me know if this is incorrect, or there is more to the issue.
Also, Please accept my apologies -- I'm not sure what the problem is, but have contacted the tech team and am waiting to get an answer. As soon as I have it, I'll post to this blog and let you know. If you don't mind, please leave a comment or two for me in this post so I can see if my Alerts are affected as well.

that (of course) was back in the good old days when I was getting alerts!

still not getting journal alerts, or comment alerts - and on an odd side note i have my alerts set to default to email delivery but every time I add a new one I only get pop up alerts (which are very annoying!)

Can someone please give us a heads up as to what is going on with the alerts?

NO Alert's since Friday...I called AOL and they didn't know anything about it and could not help me at all. :( Please get it up and running. Molly
