Clothes and Updates
The good old days of going to the store for clothes is gone. Also somehow I missed or lost a robe and a nightgown so the excietment there is merely two robes and two nighties so I need't wear the hospice stuff around here.
My cousins have about all my stuff moved out of my prior apartment and given or tossed. SoCousin tells me renters/staff will be able to use some of it.
I really feel lost right now.with having no real home to speak of. Just another rental that real isn't a rental. I get reminded of this pratically daily when I check obituaries and see see someone here die. They do it very quietly, dignified, and respectfully.

Ellen, even though your worldly possessions are not with you now, at least you still have your dignity and friends. I admire you so much. You provide a wonderful lesson about what is really important in life. Thank you!

Hi Ellen, I'm checking in to say hello and let you know that Bucky was a bad Badger today. He pulled a fast one on me. You know how sneaky those badgers can be. I put him in his place, and all is back to calm.
I'm sending you a big, gentle hug {{{}}}}
Amanda is going back to the boarding school, to finish up her senior year of high school. We'll see her graduate this May, hopefully!

Ellen, hi.
Don said if you feel like watching TV to please help him pull his (and yours, too) Packers through!
Thinking of you ...

Pretty robes and nighties. It is amazing what simple things lift our spirits and you Ellen are the opitimy of lifted spirits. It encourages me to see you deal with each set back with such spirit and calm. Perhaps in your private moments that doesn't seem the real you, but that is what you exemplify on this blog and at HS where you have shared so much of yourself, your heart, your lessons, your hopes.
A simple thank you seems so inadequate.

Surely, you must know the impact you have had on so many lives - probably many that you have never met - but your strength, your giving nature, and your power has truly made a difference, and that is so much more than most of us could ever hope for.
