if you can try this, you're alive.  it's been up and down.  pain is up and down .  Insurance co. nowwill not take oxyconton for first visits and only for cancer  pain.  Also it sounds as jf extended release morphine is out--thank you.  I use that.

I hate to tell you what copay is reaching/

Still i remain a certain level of hope.  If they take that from us!  Weather is settling but subzero.  So everyone went to the mall, naturally.

  Hello everyone,
  I talked to Ellen today at the hospice center.  Ellen said that she is
  good, not good, not great, not bad, still enjoying herself, there is not a
  lot to do and she she sleeps a lot.  
  She wanted me to tell you that her computer had a fatal heart attack and that
  is why she has not posted here or on the ACOR list.  
  I asked her if she wanted me to give out her phone number and she
  said that she would like people to drop her a note and then she will send them
  a note.  (If you do not have her address and would like to have it email me
  at ltrss@yahoo.com).
  She said to tell you that her diamond is still sparkling though not as bright as
  before.

  Ellen,
  We haven't heard from you in more than a month.  I pray you are pain free and able to enjoy the beginning of a beautiful spring.
