My Initial Take On: BLAKE TOWSLEY

Picture from Hometown
Blake Towsley was born in San Francisco, but was raised in Tulsa. OK.  He currently works as a commercial real estate broker and as a model.  He's 24 years old and single.

Tulsa local news sources have this article about Blake -
KOTV - The News on 6 - Parents Cheer On Tulsa "Survivor" Contestant  Well, that doesn't tell me a heck of a lot about him!

Okay, onto the CBS website to see what they have to say... hmm... likes outdoor stuff like camping, hunting and hiking, magazines about the same.  He says he's romantic, driven and gutsy.  I question whether Blake saying that he's "been president of every organization in which he's taken part" is necessarily a good thing in light of 'Survivor.'  Again, I see the control issue red flags waving.  He says he's not the type of person to scheme and backstab.  (Then what is he doing on a reality television show? <grin>)

All in all?  I'm iffy on Blake.  For one thing, I don't like the name "Blake" but that's just me.  It just sounds so preppy.  Yes, I bet he'll probably do well in challenges.  But will he do well with people skills?  My own jury is out to jury on him.

That's my Initial Take on Blake.  What's yours?

Blake and Jamie should not be on the same tribe, as they are too much alike (but for the fact that Blake may have an ounce more brainpower).  I see him as an arrogant controller type who will gravitate to the younger, more easily manipulated females.  He will be a target of the +30 crowd immediately, unless for some reason he first allies with them.

Hello to all the fellow reality tv fans.  I am from Oklahoma and I am not to keen on this guy myself.  I think he may go far enough to make it to the individual competitions but he will not finish the game. Just because he was the leader of all the organizations he was a member of doesn't show good leadership it just proves that people thought he would be a good patsy to lay all the heat on if there was a problem.  I have not had a chance to read all the other bio's but just because he likes to hunt and fish doesn't mean he can do it without the equipment.  He needs to remember they will have nothing out there to work with for at least three to six days.

GOD BLESS THE INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TAKE TIME TO COME TO THE AIDE OF THE PEOPLE IN NEW ORLEANS AND OTHER FLOODED AREAS DUE TO KATRINA.  I KNOW SEVERAL OF MY CO WORKERS FROM HILLCREST MEDICAL CENTER ARE THERE, GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND REMEMBER EVERYONE IS A FAMILY OR FRIEND TO EVERYONE.

Ewww, I don't like the looks of the this fellow, but I shouldn't judge that, right? LOL.  I think he's going to be the male pot stirrer, just a feeling...him and Brianna may be able to work up some steam and trouble together lolol  I don't see the smarts here to do himself any good but he might be good beefcake, like Howie? LOL
