***Saturday***

I get on the computer to take a break from all my chores and there is an email from son1 so immediately my good mood vanishes and I want to jump to his rescue... I'm like ok hold on, first off what happened to the good mood, so eat two corn dogs while contemplating son1's email and get my good mood back, lol.... Seems son1 is low on funds and wants to know if there are any chores around the house that he can do to get an allowance... Well let's see first off you shouldn't borrow money from mom, well ok I offered it, to fix car and then show her the new tattoo you got or the backpack/water bottle that were not cheap even with the employee discount... Or the new bike you bought girlfriend... And then call me the other day from the store where he was Christmas shopping...

Of course there is also the funny side.... son1 didn't get an allowance when he lived at home and did chores, lol, he did get liberties though and freedom to go places with friends.... I offered son2 the incentive that as he collected chores done he could pick out a cd or something he had his eye on, haven't had to buy him anything yet as many weeks pass between chores....

So will not jump on the email yet, will wait to talk to hubby and see if son1 calls or drops by... I would like to know though how much girlfriend is putting in or not putting in to this apartment sharing arrangement they have... She works part time and he works full time and he is looking for a second job... Plus he hasn't started paying back his friend yet the money he owes him for the last car he bought... I want to step into lecture mode and yet he is moved out now....

Of course there are alot of chores to do but then son1 would be here taking over the day as he does without meaning to, but when he is here it is all about him... And exactly how much allowance is he needing.....

Below are the sky pictures for today... No more rain, we are all clear and sunny... It is in the mid fifties this weekend...

I started going through the tubs of Christmas decorations of things that hubby didn't put up...

Hubby got some new placemats at Burlington Coat... They are the same as the ones I have but a redder color and penguins and snowmen instead of Santa and snowmen, lol...

Once we go through the tubs tomorrow for the Christmas tree hopefully I will find more decorations, I know I have more snowmen than what is out....

Here is son3 today, he knows on days he doesn't have homework he gets to play computer games... He's had two Tiger Milk energy bars and a Capri sun to keep him going, lol...

Son3's decorations he made... I haven't pulled out all the paper decorations from all the boy's school projects from years past, not sure if I will this year, we have so much up already... Hubby has put up more lights in the front yard. Need to take a picture of the whole house outside sometime this weekend... Hubby is frustrated cause not all the leaves have fallen from the trees yet this year so the trees are blocking some of the displays on the house...

Raisin has promised me after his nap he is going to get started on the folding of the laundry. I hope he wakes up soon cause I have since added to the pile and still have about five loads to go...

And this may look like a big pile mess of pillows and blankets but there are Santa secrets hiding in there waiting to be wrapped...

Son2 spent the night with his friends last night and then about ten this morning called to ask if he could go to the mall with them including the girl who called last night who he has been friends with for many years.... She had called mentioning someone else was wanting to talk to him so I'm thinking a friend of hers likes son2, but I'm still not sure, his messages are still waiting for him... They should be almost done with the mall and then are heading back to friend's house and then he will be calling for a ride... Ok maybe not, son2 just walked in and already said he is bored, lol... And he says the messages from the girls was for the boy's sleep over and she was calling here instead of where they were, so I'm not getting any details, lol....

Today I got everyone breakfast and showered and got hubby off to work so I could start my chores. I have cleared up all the mail and school paper piles that have accumulated everywhere and cleared the island and dining room table and scrubbed them both including the tv trays. I emptied and filled the dishwasher. I am on load three of the laundry. I cleaned out my apron for work. I filled the bird feeders. I vacuumed. I put up the decorations. I had lunch...

I still need to pay some bills, clean my bathroom and put away all the laundry. And wrap some presents...

PS don't worry about the card as I haven't sent yours yet and am way behind and working and sleeping all the time these days. But life is good and full.

LOL Linda I am so sorry I am late getting here again. Like you do, I save the best for last!!!! I am reading along and thinking if you ever tell us your sons real names I will be like who? Is that son 1 2 or 3? LOL I sure do think we moms are just so busy. I put an entry in just for us moms today from Dusty's journal is where I got it and it is just so hysterical. I am hoping you haven't seen it yet so it will be a nice funny thing for you and you can make all your sons listen to it like I did. Son 1 got something stuck in my keyboard under the period so I can hardly type now LOL. I have to press real hard at the end of every sentence. Sure do love your decorations. Gosh I am so far behind and now I am thinking I opened the card and it was a different Linda. I am so behind. Busy busy isn't it. I want to know all the goods and answers about the same questions you have about son1 girlfriend too so be sure and let us know. I will just die if she becomes the one he marries. I get the feeling she is not all that helpful in his life. Can't wait to get back and read more entries here... gotta go get some donations and make victorian bows for the school thing on Friday. sounds like Son2 is growing up and doing well.....i hope the $$ need was not too high for you with Son1. You have the most decorations of anyone i know and they are nice.

I love the idea of hiding presents under the laundry! No male creature will distrub dirty, or clean laundry that is all piled up needing to be folded, or put through the wash! LOL You're a genius.

Reading about Son1 made me think...my son showed up here for the dinner a couple of weeks ago...with a gold rope chain with maltese cross charm on it. It was "new" for him; but I don't know if it's "brand new". He could have bought it from a pawn shop...but still the idea that we had straightened out some of his bills, and my dad had given him help too, didn't sit well with me, at all. I was nice, never mentioned a thing...but the truth will set him free...and momma just may fill his fanny with birdshot! HA
