Hearing boys heading for bed...

***Three Days til Christmas***

I finally snapped at work today... I yelled at a coworker, not loudly cause we were on the sales floor but angrily when I am having an out of body experience where I see myself yelling but can't stop... I arrived to work today to a disaster but what are you gonna do it's Christmas and we will recover some time in January... Another associate was cleaning the woman's clearance so I stocked the athletic clearance and switched out an athletic table and then started stocking athletics by which time the associate arrived, she had called out sick the day before, so I'm working away and all's I hear is her talking and talking to the other associate, which she does alot, talk that is, so I went over and gave her what for about all the talking and calling out and that the place is a mess and needs stocking and it was annoying me that she was talking while I was working... so without going into all the details, I gave her a project and she worked all day... I apologized to the other associate for yelling and later did apologize to talking associate for losing my temper... The part that really gets me is tomorrow is her last day, and I couldn't make it through one more day, lol....

I think I forgot to mention when I was talking about the rain yesterday that power was lost in various areas with even the store going black for a second and then going right back on, which unfortunately blew out our music for the store, so we have not had Christmas music since Tuesday, does not seem like Christmas at work at all this year... well except for the mess the customers are making to remind me...

I did leave work a bit early today, just a half hour, but with all the Christmas traffic it has been taking me 30 to 40 minutes to get across town to home which usually only takes me 15 to 20 minutes...

Son1 brought the vacuum back today, still full, he didn't even empty his dirt out, lol... I offered him some dinner but he was off and running and said he had already eaten... So I have vacuumed the whole house, done a couple of loads of laundry, ran the dishwasher, cleaned up the island and dining room table, had the boys clear the family room of all their toys, while son2 has cleaned his bathroom and emptied the cat box, however now I am still waiting for him to get in the shower and it is after ten... They are way too excited about Christmas and way too rested from being on vacation that they are out of control... Son3 is settled in his bed watching Ultimate Avengers... I think son2 is watching it with him and that is why he is not in the shower... My bed is full of laundry to fold and put away... I'm tired and where is hubby, he has been getting home later due to Christmas shoppers too this week... So I'm off to get ready for bed and get some rest for a better attitude tomorrow, lol.... Yay a day off!! Sunday I work 6am-2, Monday 7am-3, Tuesday off, Wednesday 4am-12, Thursday 7am-3 and Friday and Saturday off....

Happy Journaling...

    She probably deserved a cussing.
Not too long now and we can all relax a bit.
    Take care

A quick question...did you make some of these graphics?

Sorry, you lost it, but it's understandable.  It's hard to be nice when a co-worker isn't pulling there wait.

I'm hearing a lot about power problems across the US, Linda. We can all lose our rag, and you've dealt with it the right way. Merry Christmas!
