Hearing son2 fixing popcorn...
Crazy Day!
Well so much for my two good weeks at work getting so much done... Yesterday we had someone call out from work and then today another person called out from work and we are still tore up from the weekend... Plus we had a big project fiasco that we spent the whole morning and there is a small chance the project was in error and then we have to undo all we did... So besides working on that all morning, going to lunch, cleaning the floor, not that you could tell cause people were messing up what I had just cleaned and opening maybe seven boxes of new shoes, I then came home.... I'm hoping tomorrow is a better day and everyone shows up for work so I can do all that I wanted to do today....
I guess work has to balance, lol, cause yesterday was a good day at home... I got all my alerts caught up, filled out all the cards for the month, updated the checkbook and went through the bills, hubby and I gave son3 a haircut, did the dishes, laundry, made lasagna for dinner, hubby went out and got me some stamps and bread for dinner and him some chips... Seems like we did more but can't remember... Hubby trimmed some more in the backyard... Son3 was on computer games... It was a very long day. Seemed forever til it was time to pick up son2 at 6pm... After son2 got home, sent him to the shower to warm up and then while he ate dinner, he told us about his day... He then went off to settle in his room and hubby and I settled on the couch at 8pm to wait for Terminator, Sarah Conner Chronicles to come on and the next thing we knew son2 was telling us good night, we had fallen asleep, lol... So luckily it wasn't quite 9pm, so I put in the tape to tape the show and hubby and I went to bed at 9pm... Guess our relaxing day pooped us out... Cause even hubby was in bed and he never goes to bed before 11pm....
Son2 had a great time! He and his friends attempted the bunny slopes and even the intermediate slope a couple of times... Spent alot of time in the lodge drying off and watching TV... Seems every where son2 goes he loses something... This time it was his gloves again and his belt... I am like how did you lose your belt. He said when we took off our pants... What?. lol... Where did you take off your pants and all of you... He said when they were in the lodge, cause it got too hot in there and they all had thermals and flannels under their jeans.... Me laughing but you wore your family guy flannels... were there any girls and you guys are crazy.... LOL..... and yes there are girls in the club... So now they go again next Monday to make up for the trip that was canceled last month due to storms...
Off to pick up son3 from daycare and have leftover lasagna, get son3 through homework, wash dishes and then hubby will be home and get the boys in bed to do it all over again tomorrow...
