Sometimes I Think

John's Mom passed away yesterday.  

I am glad she and I had the phone conversation we did a few weeks ago.  It was a really good call, and I reassured her of a lot of things.  Then I said, "Mom, I love you and I like you." 

I'm glad I said that.  It made her so very happy.  

This is going to be hard for me.  And of course even way more so for John.  But I am glad Heaven is a real place where we will see her again. 

If you get a chance, maybe you could stop over at John's blog and let him know you care about his loss.  His blog is:  too-stubborn-to-die
