It's confirmed!
I thought that popcorn I had last night was excessively salty when my lips wrinkled up after I ate it.*
Now I know it was because the dehydration it caused set the charlie horse alarm clock for 5 am.
Drat! And the (nearly deaf) dog was actually sleeping through the night until I started howling.
*2% of the RDA for sodium...yeah, right :P
