Fury's Fiancee

J sent me the previous blog entry I posted.  I was so very inspired to write a letter of my own....

                                              They are coming for you!

Dear Terrorists,

                 It may not matter to you who I am,  to you I am a mere woman with lesser rights of a man.  To you I am no where near the worth of a man.  I grew up with the understanding that no man or woman is better or more worthy of rights than I am.  I grew up with the understanding that I too have the capability of anything I want to be, to pray how I want and to whom.  I have the choice to be educated, to work and have the pursuit of happiness on my own terms.  I have opportunities you will never understand because of your hatred.  A mere woman like myself has the right to vote and have a voice in a country you so despise. 

                  Just to let you know,  my fiance' is coming for you, along with so many more husbands and boyfriends of women like me.  The women who you believe to be nothing of consequence.  We are the women who support and love the men who are hunting you down.  Women like me sacrifice every day for a higher purpose.  We watch our beloved military men leave to give you chase and stop you from spreading your hatred of freedom and love of death and chaos.  So our children won't have to go and fight you.  Yes, we love life and our freedoms.  We give hope to the world that it is possible to be free and live in a country with many different people living peacefully.  We are with the men who hunt you down, to make you pay for the death of innocents.  We are in their hearts and are their inspiration.  We are their strength and give them solace.  The men who hunt for you take us into battle with them.  A picture close to their heart,  a lock of hair,  a letter.  Our beloved men will do everything they can to keep us safe.  They do all they can to keep the innocent from harm.  They do all that is necessary to keep our country free. I want you to know my fiance' and so many men like him are good at what they do.  You never know when your capture or death will happen.  Pray for a quick merciful death.  As for your capture, we are merciful people.  We do not lower ourselves to your level when we capture you,  unlike when you have taken one of ours or an innocent.  So, terrorist, keep running.  There will be a time when my fiance' or someone's husband, fiance' or boyfriend will catch up to you.  You will pay one way or another.  Yes, they are coming for you!

                   People like you killed over 300 of my brothers and sisters on September 11th.  Firefighters, police officers, EMS and dispatchers who were doing their duty to help anyone they could.  Today,  there are some in this country who have forgotten that single day.  But if you ask any law enforcement officer, firefighter, paramedic or dispatcher about that day,  they can tell you what that day means for them.  It does not matter what city you are in.  Info only, my dear terrorists,  they will and do fight you every day from another 9/11 happening.  They will come for you too.

                         One way or another,  we are ALL coming for you!!
