Fury's Fiancee

I'm not having much luck in going to sleep tonight.  My mind won't turn off.  I'm yawning, but only goes to show you the soul is willing but the mind keeps going.  Or, I'm just sucking air for no good reason. 

After a week plus a day, my trailblazer is still in the shop.  I'm still driving the Found On Road Dead or Fix Or Repair Daily.  It feels like a death trap and I avoid driving it as much as possible.  My truck is scheduled to be ready next Friday.  They'll have it 2 weeks.  The estimate was a hair under $3,000.  Which was just a preliminary estimate.  It could be higher by the time they get done.  The kid that hit my truck,  I'm sure his father will be so happy to hear that.  I'm sure he'll be enjoying a rate hike on his next premium notice.  Dealing with this crap, the rental car, not having my truck and having to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed certainly couldn't be the end of it.  I still have to appear in court regarding this.  Ahhh,  the chit-fairy just doesn't quit giving does she?

The great yard experiment continues on.  No grass just yet.  The temperature at night is still hitting below 40 degrees.  So, it might be another 3-4 weeks before little sprouts show up.  Yeah, well, I'm hoping.

It's almost April,  just seems like we got into 2008.  Rick's birthday is this coming month.  So is Touie's, she'll be a year old.  She's still the Devil Child.
