Daughters of the Shadow Men

Go to GerryKing40 on Youtube and you will see my sister Linda King reading her poem "The Admirer" about Bukowski which I uploaded there today.  Youtube has placed a number of other videos featuring Bukowski along with, including one of him reading one of his own poems!  That so evokes the past for me as Bukowski was a very distinctive dramatic reader.  I am so glad that when you go to this site you may be inspired to listen to him read a poem, too.  It was like Bukowski's ghost was on there for me, as I went to quite a few of his readings! My sister Linda will really feel haunted.  We have called him and he has come.

  Thank you for introducing me to Bukowsi.  I will check it out.  You two ladies have been such an inspiration and have stirred up my muse.  I wanna play too.  I'm  about reading and putting it up on YouTube as well just for my own practice and enjoyment.  Don't know if I'd have any followers but if so, that'd be nice.
