Linda King reads Bukowski Undigested 1 to 8...

I am about to overwhelm you with Youtube offerings.  Matt Sesow has just posted the only video taken of my sister Linda King's reading at the Beat Museum in San Francisco, so you can see how a poetry reading goes on the west coast even though the sound is not very good. History was being made.

I posted a video of Linda reading her poem "My Admirer" in her backyard just before she left for San Francisco.  Go to Youtube and to my account GerryKing40.  Read the comments and you will see some heated remarks, one of mine included.

Because the sound is not good, I am going to upload more of the video I took of Linda reading in her backyard from her new poetry book with Matt Sesow drawings. I want to get a better quality of sound out there.

Linda's son, Scott Hall, is in Los Angeles looking for backers for a movie based on Linda's memoir about Bukowski.  Quite a well known movie star wants to play Bukowski, so he, Scott and my son, Dan, who wrote the screen play based on Linda's memoir, are looking for backers.  That's always the name of the game in movie making, money men! High risks but exciting returns if a good movie gets made.
