Feeling Quiet

Life

Life can be very interesting at times. Yesterday I started school and thankfully I arrived early since I knew I needed to get my books. For some reason you couldn't get them early so I waited in line for an hour, ugh, and had 15 minutes to spare to make it to my first class, math. The teacher comes in and he says that he has 30 students in this class and the room can only handle 20 so we signed in and he dismissed us. Yes that happened AGAIN today thats why I'm home right now since I have 2 hours in between. English I had an assignment and Psychology I had some reading. Should be a very interesting couple of months!

I get home yesterday and Ben tells me that he has to go to Ft. Stewart to take care of some paperwork about our possible move to Italy. We hop in the truck and when we get there they are telling him it could either be Italy or Germany. They don't know yet. Also if he gets a doctor to sign saying it wouldn't be advisable for him to go overseas that would be considered having a P 3 profile, which is a permanent profile and it means they would discharge him from the military. We don't want that I just want him better before he goes. So after answering some questions we're still not sure if we will be leaving or not since he doesn't have enough time left on this contract to go over there. They could go ahead and send him and then have him reinlist over there, who knows at this point. Also the majority of the time soldiers who have been getting Germany end up going to Iraq! It's still wait and see and he should be getting more info today hopefully.

Tonight the boys have cub scouts, thats always a fun time and I've been helping Matthew's webelo leader with the boys.

Have a great Tuesday and continued prayers for our soldiers!

Gretchen you have a lot going on, don't you!  I will continue to keep you and Ben in my prayers.  I hope you both are in your rightful place ... where ever that might be ... Italy, Germany or here in the states.

Gosh, lots going on for you lately, woman.  Glad to hear school is going fairly well.  Why don't these schools get more organized?  Hel went to his first class this semester and there were only 2 people who had signed up for one of his classes, so they dropped it.   But they waited until the first day to say anything about it?  LOL  Grrr...

I hope everything works out with Ben and your possible move.  And I'm always praying for the soldiers.

So, what kind of classes are you taking? Or maybe what I'm asking is what is your major?  When did you return to school?

Italy, that sounds awesome! You are so lucky!  My brother's best friend is in Italy right now.  He only has 6 months left there then he is coming to the states to be based with my brother.  But, my brother wants to go to Italy or Spain.  You are so LUCKY, I want to go there!
