Do You Eat Sauerkraut in August

Hi All: I'm back, didn't get picked for Jury Duty, sorry I wasn't up earlier, no coffee this morning, but come on by for a visit anyway, you won't learn anything worth spit, but you might get a smile or two.

Yesterday for some reason I got a craven for Sauerkraut and Hot Dogs, so I opened a small can of Sauerkraut, added some celery seed, brown mustard and brown sugar, mixed it and placed some Hot Dogs on top, covered with Clear Wrap, cut in a few slits on top, slipped into the Microwave for approx. 6 min. WHALA, dinner is served, and it tasted pretty good if I must say so myself.

Now you know how a senior citizen cooks

This is the first time I have ever eaten Sauerkraut in August, I always think of it as a winter dish, but it hit the spot and did the trick, beats Milk of Magnesia

I finally made a report to the 'phone company, they put a block jail calls on my phone, the Sheriff said until they do something like stop by the house there was nothing they could do.

Hi Jackie...haven't commented a while on my jlander friends...I am having problems with getting alerts...so every now and then I take time to check each of my journals...so here I am...and that sauerkraut and hot dogs sounds so yummy!!!! hubby won't have sauerdraut in the house LOL...so I eat it out whenever I can...and a hot dog with sauerkraut, mustart, pickle relish, and ketchup....cannot be beat with a stick LOLOL...used to get it when I went home to my Mom and/or sisters....but alas they has passed on...and I am with you...if I had gotten phone calls like that I would be making folks around me aware of what is happening....hope all is well...and glad you didnt' have jury duty....LOL...I don't ever get to do that but they call or write every year telling me to report....my hubby just calls and tell them to check their computers....cause I am legally deaf LOLOL...that takes care of that!!!!!
