Feeling Hopeful

I'm bummed out

Sorry I wasn't up to greet you with coffee etc. this morning, again I slept for about 2 hours and couldn't get back to sleep, so at 3:30 a.m. I got up, and of course I had to get on the computer what else is there to do at that time of the morning. I tried to go back around 6:00, watched a little TV, it's usually the Animal Station at that time of the morning, nothing else worth while watching, I don't know when I finally fell asleep, but the next thing I new the 6 p.m. news was on, I had slept all day.

On Tuesday I pulled my washing machine over to the kitchen sink, first I must take all the things I store on top and place them on the kitchen table.

I was going good, had completed three loads, whites, colored, and sheets, I hang everything on a drying rack and the back of my bedroom door with a thingy you place over the door.

Now I have run out of room to hang, so I said okay rest a while, see what's happening out in computer land, Oh my goodness 16 more emails and alerts, I got busy, made comments and forwarded some of the emails, then it hit me, my eyes got so heavy, I just had to rest them, BIG MISTAKE, I slept straight thru for 8 hours, now I'm getting up when I should be going to bed.

If any of you live in an apartment complex you know the walls are tissue paper thin, I try to be considerate of the other tenants, so there is not much a body can do without making noise. You got it the computer! I checked the drying clothes, not quite dry yet.

I have my days and nights mixed again, please I don't want to be like this, I need to have a more organized life style. I try never to pamper myself, but when it comes to sleep, I give in, whereas I would not do this for most other things.

Well I've cried on your shoulder long enough, so I'll muster up a smile and ask will you please give me some advice, or if you have none, just pray I can straighten this out.

Now because I am a true believer that a Smile, is worth more than allthe gold in the world, I'll give you another quote of the Classy way to make an insult.

"After reading many of your journals I know you will make the best of it, everything will turn out fine. Have a great weekend. "

Yes ma'am, I will persavere. I'm an optimist, and through they're times I get frustrated and complain about my mate, my kids and his...I'm very well aware of my blessings in life.  I think it's just my journal is my venting place...especially since I really don't know anyone here [where I live].  LOL

Enjoy your weekend too, I enjoy your postings!

Ha Ha~ I love the Groucho comment.  He was a hoot!

Wow, your sleep pattern sounds like mine.  I haven't found an answer, either.  However, I'm jealous you slept till 6 pm.  Wish I could stay asleep that long, once I go to sleep.  LOL

Thank you for the lovely comments about Rhylan.  She is definitely a *ahem* healthy baby.  ; )

    Have a wonderful Friday.

I LOVEEEE to sleep ~ Just don't get much of a chance anymore. When I was childless, I loved my nights and hated my days, so what I would do to get back on a "normal" schedule, (after sleeping most of my day away) I would wake up when everyone else was going to bed, so I decided to try a non habit forming sleep aid. It took about an hour and back to sleep I was - Now I was up with everyone else and lived happily ever after - Well...... you know what I mean. Hope this idea helps if not a prayer is on it's way up! Hope your day is a happy one that brings you lots of smiles! Take care,
    Katie

Shelby has her days and nights mixed up too, she turns into a night owl over the summertime, but now it is time to get it all back to normal, her homeschooling starts next week! I wondered where you were during the day yesterday, I usually see you online, so you were napping! I love naps when I can get them...I remember when I hated them as a kid. Mama would say just lay down and rest for an hour. Sometimes I would fall asleep, which was the goal of course, lol. But sometimes I really wasnt tired, and I would lay there staring at the ceiling for an hour.
