Eagle Bluffs

Eagle Bluffs is part of a Missouri Conservation project near McBaine, Missouri.

It's about 7 miles south of Columbia. It's a pretty large wet area and there a lot of wild fowl that nest there. Anything from storks to geese are there.

The Missouri River is near by, of course. I went down there this afternoon to see if the river is high, and yep, it is.

Probably be a while before it goes down. Yep, it stunk as well. Man, did it ever!

Does Eagle Bluffs have eagles? Yep, but not the bald kind.

You should see their wings spans! Very impressive.
