Log Viewer

Watching the Redskins

People have been requesting a tool to view the logs generated by either JAMS or by Triton.  Well I have version 1.0 of the LogViewer that will view JAMS logs.  In the next version I will add Triton support, and the version after that I will add the ability to easily search through the logs.  Log Viewer is written in C# so you will need to have the .Net framework on your machine.

Download here.

First let me say I think you guys do a great job.  In this case I gotta go against this log-viewer sight unseen.  It reminds me of one of my homework assignments with that fresh from Visual-Studio look and the use of .NET.  Not using .NET takes a little longer sure(dll hell and all that), but when publishing something to the general public it's the right thing to do.

This would really be most effective if it could be added into triton itself. And to do this in the best way possible i think it'd be great to write a plugin for jams that gives the user the option to start up anyprogram in the triton action window. You'd just go into settings and add the program there. (then to make this really great you could add the ability to put subdirectories in the action menu so after clicking the action button it could look like the status dropdown menu where there is an arrow out to select an away message)

and i say to add this plugin i described instead of making it so the log manager just goes in there because it would pave an easier path for other plugins down the road
