I took reknown u/w photographer Doug Perrine out night snorkeling looking for Bobtail Squid. These little guys are no more than 2" long and only found at night. These are two shots I got off. Check out Doug's work at www.seapics.com

I have spent every full moon for nearly three years to capture this image. My goal was to expose reef in the Bay as well as the moon. After several hundred images, I have this one to boast about. Hope you like it.

Winter is my favorite time to dive off Oahu. The winds are calm, the ocean is calm and the water is clean and clear. The humpbacks are also here. We see them while traveling to our dive sites and hear them while diving. I have the great dive last year when a mother, calf and an escourt swam by while I was making a safety stop! Talk about a rush. Hope I can see that again.
