Wachovia's Misleading The Customer

Wachovia charges overdraft fee for an hold that was never taken from account.

 

Unlike Bank of America, Wachovia does not refund overdraft fees for less than $1.

 

I was charged 2 overdraft fees for an hold and $1 something amount, which became negative 28 cents, so Wachovia charged $57 overdraft fee. $57 is 200 times the amount of 28 cents! Charging overdraft fee on hold too.

 

Making profit like this is losing money, as I revenged by bloging and referring people to not become a customer or telling my friends to change the bank.

 

 Very ANGRY Wachovia customer.
