Horse Racing Tips

The 2008 Kentucky Derby is surely shaping up as a wide open race. There really is no dominant horse that I can point too. A lot of people like Big Brown because of his impressive record and the way he has won his races thus far.

Kentucky Derby Contenders


There have been some big changes lately in the rankings of the top Kentucky Derby Contenders. Pyro threw in a dismal performance and Visionaire has just not lived up to expectations.

Todd Pletcher is on the rise with 2 nice performances from 2 horses that have crept into the Derby picture, (Monba and Cowboy Cal).

War Pass rebounded from his poor Tampa Bay Derby.


Kentucky Derby Picks

So where does that leave us now. My Kentucky Derby picks are not set in stone right now. I want to see how things pan out in the Lexington Stakes. I will post Lexington Stakes picks here and there are several web sites you can go to to get Horse racing tips and Lexington Stakes picksWithers Stakes Picks also Kentucky Derby picks and Derby Trial picks.

I am going to analyze the contenders for the lexington and post comments later in the week. After analyzing the Kentucky Derby Contenders I wil post my thoughts about my Kentucky Derby Picks at that point.

For now I am searching the web and the sites that offer Kentucky Derby Tips...I found a new site that has a lot of information about the Kentucky Derby...it also lists the Dual Qualifiers for this year and I like to go to the site taht lists the Dosage index of horses (www.chef-de-race.com.) they have a lot of info on breeding etc.

The Preakness and Belmont Stakes are next on our coverage but lets get through the Derby first.

The Duck Man

Last year we did quite well in the Triple Crown-Our Kentucky Derby picks -Street Sensse and Hard Spun ran 1-2 and the Preakness and Belmont had some nice results too..it was Quite a year last yera especially with tabor's filly winning the Belmont and Pletcher getting his 1st Triple Crown win.

Last year in the lexington Stakes we had Slew's Tizzy at 40-1 $4 across the board (win, place and show)..a nice return on our Lexington Stakes picks and we gave them to a lot of people...

So when we hit the Derby for the 4th year in a row the secret was pretty much out and our picks really started to affect the odds of horses we were picking thats's why we started only giving picks to exclusive club members.
