Wow Wow Wee Waa!

You are probably wondering who is this weird white man on my blog
In case you are not in the 18-25 year old age demographic or enjoy juvenile humor like myself, he is Borat Sagdiyyev.
In preparation for ‘Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan,’ Comedy Central aired a 30-minute special tonight giving fans a little more insight on Kazakhstan’s sixth most famous man and a broadcast journalist.
The genius behind Borat is Sacha Baron Cohen, a British comedian who is probably best known for his character Ali G. If you aren’t familiar with ‘Da Ali G Show’ on HBO, Cohen plays the characters of Borat, the “voice of the youth” Ali G, and Bruno, a homosexual Australian.
Imagine Dave Chappelle playing the character Tyrone Biggums and having his own feature film and that’s what you have with Borat and Sacha Baron Cohen.
So how does the country of Kazakhstan (it’s real) feel about a movie mocking them?
Let’s just say this…
Cohen shouldn’t plan on visiting the country of Kazakhstan anytime soon.
When he’s not pissing off the folks in Kazakhstan, he has also been accused of being an anti-Semite.
How can a Jewish person be an anti-Semite?
When you say such things as…
"Throw the Jew down the well/So my country can be free/You must grab him by his horns/Then we have a big party."
Wow Wow Wee Waa.
With all that said, if you aren’t a person that gets offended easily (if you read this blog, you don’t fall in this category) check out the movie and let me know what you think.
Below is the first four minutes of the movie before you blame me for wasting your $9.75.

Sascha Cohen, the real name of the jewish 'comedian' who invented the character of Borat, is in my opinion a racist, zionist pig. The characters he portrays-- like Borat, Ali G,-- are all overplayed negative stereotypes of ethnicities that jewish zionists have historically had inimical relationships with (middle easterners (muslims), eastern europeans, etc...). The idea that Mr. Cohen is antisemite is ridiculous. He is actually a very nationalistic zionist who only pokes fun at other ethnicities, never his own.
When Borat says, "Throw the Jew down the well/So my country can be free/You must grab him by his horns/Then we have a big party", he is by no means being antisemite. He is in fact portraying eastern europeans as being backwards, ignorant, inbred cretins. He is subtly suggesting that any criticism of zionism is backwards and ignorant, as well.
When Dave Chappelle plays Tyrone Biggums, he is poking fun at his own community. When Sascha Cohen plays Ali G and Borat, he is making fun of communities to which he doesn't belong. It is the difference between laughing WITH someone and laughing AT someone. Dave Chappelle is a comedian, Sascha Cohen is a minstrel show.
I would retract all my above statements about Sascha Cohen if he would invent a character, who was say, an ultra zionist rabbi who wants to blow up Palestinians and Lebanese. If he could do this--poke fun at his own people once in a while-- and show that he is at least willing to be even handed in his 'comedy', then I would respect him. But I doubt that will happen. -
Good movie to release you from stress
