Donkeys Always Draw

You know, that avatar is pretty realistic. Damn wifey spoiling my Mookie fun..... ;-)

so we both final tabled last night. Woot.

Actually, it was a blast. We played side by side and amused ourselves at our own tables, then got moved to the same table twice and went Battleship-like with our laptops through to the final table. (yes, we respect the game, no table talk or other shenanigans)

Alas, she lasted longer (??) as usual, though neither one of us got the brass ring -

For me, T9s<T6o (T6 shoves preflop for 3BB, I reraise to isolate, flop Q73, turn 9 and river 8 for runner runner straight) and AK<44 (thanks again Anguila, open raises at 600/1200 to 2800, I shove for 10,800, he calls off almost half his stack, board runs T6262, boo)

In between, I gifted LJ with a double up - pureprophet openlimps in the CO for 1200, I shove the button for 18K with ATo, LJ wakes up with KK in the small blind and doubles through. That'll happen.

Still, I did what I could, Jenn had fun, so a positive Wednesday again... Riverchasers tonite, more pointage for me? we will see.
