Happy Anniversary To My Journal!
One year ago today I started this little journal. I thought it would be fun to write every day or so, even though I didn't know exactly what I would write about. I thought it would be fun to play with colors and fonts and graphics and pictures, etc. And it has been!
It has been fun to discover other journals and journalers. It has been great getting to know some of the people in J-Land, walking into their homes, meeting their friends and families, hearing all their news, coming to think of them as part of my extended family, even worrying over them when they are ill, suffering a loss or otherwise having a tough time.
I've loved sharing stories about my family, venting a little when I needed to, and bragging on my kids!
So Happy Anniversary to Dusty Pages!
Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, take a moment to shout a big WHOO HOO!!!, pour yourself a glass or cup of your favorite beverage and have yourself a wicked snack on me, in honor of this day! As for myself, now that the family is in bed, I'm having a frosted cupcake (!!) and a glass of tea!
May this be only the first of many years of pleasure!

Thanks to all you who read my humble little journal. Thank you to everyone who comments regularly, and thanks for sharing your lives with me.

Hi Lori~
Congradulations on one year of "Dusty's Pages"!! It's very exciting to get to that first year, I'm proud of you. Your journal looks fantstic! J-Land I found (like you did) is a great community of kind, good listening people from all over. I have made so many great friends here and wouldn't leave any of them or my journal for the world!
Congrads again!
Hugs,
Gayla
